What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a deeply immersive experience where soothing sounds and vibrations help guide the body and mind into a more restful state. Sessions often use instruments such as singing bowls, chimes and other layered tones to create an atmosphere of calm.

There is nothing you need to do. You simply lie down, get comfortable and allow the sound to wash over you.

Creating a calm space for rest and healing

After years of focusing on my physical health, I realised something was missing.

True wellbeing isn’t just physical — it’s mental and spiritual too.

During lockdown, like many of us, I was forced to slow down and look within.

Not long after, I discovered my first sound bath.

It was unlike anything I had ever experienced. A deep, almost trance-like state that allowed me to fully switch off, reconnect, and feel completely at peace within myself.

In that moment, I knew I had found something special.

Something I needed to share.

After years of learning and developing my practice, I now offer sound baths to help others relax, reconnect, and find a sense of balance in their own lives.

Reflect & Rise was born from the understanding that true wellbeing is not just about how we look or move, but how we feel, how we rest, and how deeply connected we are to ourselves.

Each session is created with care, calm, and intention — offering a gentle space to pause, breathe, and simply be.
